Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Founder at InsectX located. The Business Founder will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, driving innovation, managing operations, developing partnerships, and overseeing business growth.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and strategic leadership skills
• Experience in business development, innovation, and operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Financial acumen and budget management
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and circular economy concepts
• Ability to network and build partnerships
• Experience in the biotech or sustainable materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field
